2. What Dollars & Pence is

Dollars & Pence is a personal finance tracking tool. It is designed for personal, non-commercial use to help you organise your own financial information. It is not:

• A regulated financial service
• A provider of financial, investment, or tax advice
• A payment service or e-money institution
• Connected to any bank or financial institution

3. No financial advice

4. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of all data you enter into the App
• Keeping your device secure
• Maintaining backups of your data
• Verifying all calculations and projections independently
• Complying with all applicable laws

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use the App for:

• Commercial financial management on behalf of others
• Any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to reverse engineer or extract source code
• Creating fraudulent or misleading financial records

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dollars & Pence and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or decisions made based on App calculations.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

9. Intellectual property

The App and all its content are protected by copyright. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the App on your Apple devices. Your data remains your own property.

10. Changes to the App and terms

We may update these Terms or the App at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through app updates.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
